Wondering

Here are some rambling questions I came up with:

1. Where do we want to live?
2. How much land do we need or want?
3. How much can we afford?
4. Can the land PERC test?
5. Does the land have utilities on it or near it?
6. Does the land have an area that we would want to build a house on with the view we want?
7. Is there anything special about the land that will prohibit building on it?
8. Is there an access point or road to the land?
9. Are there special tax considerations?
10. How far is the commute to work?
11. Can you have farm animals?
12. What is the weather like in this part of the country?

These questions were the result of brainstorming about the topic to answer, as Callison points out in the Blue Book, the common questions of Who?, What?, Where?, When?, How?, Why? Hopefully these questions will lead to the next phase, the webbing or exploration phase.
